Warehouse Demand Forecasting

This Python project contains the demand forecasting and inventory optimization slide deck. The workflow compares Elastic Net, Random Forest, LightGBM, and Prophet on Walmart POS data, then translates forecast outputs into SKU prioritization under warehouse capacity constraints.
